Les clémentines du Maroc sont là. Ces petits bonbons qui ensoleillent nos automnes gris. C'est bon tout seul, sans qu'on n'y fasse rien, mais ce serait dommage de ne pas les utiliser à toutes les sauces.

Trouvé ce livre à la bibliothèque. Très beau livre, en passant, plein d'idées plus alléchantes les unes que les autres et des suggestions de substituts pour les fromages du Québec pour nos amis d'outre-mer.

Je n'ai pas suivi la recette à la lettre. J'ai remplacé le sirop de grenadine par du sirop de pommes (vous voulez savoir comment faire du sirop de pommes? c'est ici... CLICK). J'ai aussi ajouté quelques clous de girofle de Madagascar. Lorsqu'elles auront macéré quelques heures, mes clémentines seront servies sur du yaourt ferme auquel j'aurai ajouté quelques gouttes d'eau de fleur d'oranger plutôt que sur du fromage... quoique...
I didn't follow the recipe to the letter. I replaced the grenadine syrup with apple syrup (click HERE for the recipe). I also added a few cloves from Madagascar. Once they will have macerated for a few hours, my clementines will be served on some firm yogourt flavoured with a few drops of orange blossom water.
